Pre-School Groups
A playgroup or pre-school group is a registered childcare facility that offers sessional care for children between the ages of 3 – 5 years (though they may take them from 2 yrs 6 months).
The groups normally last for 2 - 3 hours.
Activities offered at each group vary, although you can expect to find that children are offered a selection of pre-school experiences such as arts and craft activities, adventure play, music and movement, books and stories, and much more.
Make sure you check with the group organisers as to the activities they offer to make sure that they offer the range that you are looking for.
